3. Is Agency Adda involved in the transactions between users?

No, Agency Adda is a marketplace platform. While it connects users and facilitates interactions, it does not oversee transactions, agreements, or payments between Service Seekers and Providers.

Account and Registration

1. How do I create an account?

  • Visit the Agency Adda homepage and click on “Sign Up.”
  • Choose your role as either Service Seeker or Service Provider.
  • Fill in the required details such as name, email, contact information, and other specifics based on your selected role.

2. What information is required to register as a Service Provider? Service Providers need to provide:

  • Company name and services offered.
  • Portfolio or case studies.
  • Contact details (email, phone).
  • Optional: Testimonials, videos, and founder details.

3. Is there an age restriction for creating an account?

Yes, users must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding contracts.


4. What happens if I forget my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and following the instructions sent to your registered email address.


5. Can my account be terminated?

Yes, Agency Adda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.

Using the Platform

1. How do I find Service Providers on Agency Adda?

After logging in as a Service Seeker:

  • Navigate to the Browse Providers section
  • Use filters like service category, location, budget, and ratings to narrow your search.
  • View detailed provider profiles and contact or request quotes directly.

2. How do Service Providers receive project requests?

Providers can view client inquiries in their Client Requests tab. They’ll receive details about the project scope, budget, and timeline and can respond with proposals or quotes.


3. Can I save profiles for later?

Yes, Service Seekers can use the Saved Providers feature to bookmark profiles for future reference.


4.What tools are available for project management?

Agency Adda offers tools like :

  • Ongoing Projects Dashboard : Track progress, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Messaging System : Communicate with the provider directly.
  • Payment Tracking : Monitor milestones and payment schedules.

5. Are there analytics for Service Providers?

Yes, providers can access an Analytics Dashboard to view :

  • Profile views
  • Interaction metrics (e.g., clicks on portfolio links)
  • Messages and inquiries received

Payments and Transactions

1. Does Agency Adda process payments?

No, Agency Adda does not process payments directly. Transactions are conducted independently between Service Seekers and Providers.


2. What should I do if there’s a payment dispute?

Since Agency Adda does not monitor transactions, users are responsible for resolving disputes. Exercise due diligence and verify payment legitimacy before proceeding.


3. Can Service Providers use third-party payment systems?

Yes, but Agency Adda is not liable for any fees, issues, or fraud related to third-party systems.
